After studying dance and theatre at the Conservatoire in Paris, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Theatre in 2019 from La Manufacture – University of Performing Arts in Lausanne.
She performs in theatrical, choreographic and film productions. She has worked with Pascal Rambert, Delphine Lehericey and Léa Fazer. She first worked with the artist La Ribot on Distinguished Piece No. 54, part of the DANCE FIRST THINK LATER festival at Le Commun in Geneva, and continued the collaboration with Distinguished Anyways created for the Spanish Academy in Rome.
In 2022, Mathilde Invernon became a permanent member of La Ribot Ensemble. She has performed in and/or co-authored Laughing Hole, LaBola, Distinguished Anyways, DIEstinguished, and PD45, all of which tour in Switzerland and internationally. She has initiated several performance-based productions, including À partir de ce jour, Feelings, and El Intruso for LUFF in Lausanne and Alte Münze in Berlin, as well as Let’s Pretend at Les Quarts d’heure de Sévelin 36 and The Bath at TLH–Les Halles in Sierre in 2022.
